Web Designer & Digital Experience Builder

Websites with a point of view.

I design and build immersive websites end to end, where design, motion and technology are composed as one, so a brand is not just visited, but remembered.

About

The quiet kind of obsessive.

I am Mohammed Sami, a web designer and builder based in Dhaka. I take a website from first sketch to final launch myself: the look, the motion, and the machinery underneath it.

My taste runs ahead of templates. If a page could belong to anyone, it is not finished. Every build gets a rhythm, a point of view, and details most people feel before they notice them.

What I can build for you.

Every engagement is end to end: strategy, design, build and launch, with nothing lost between handoffs, because there are none.

One builder, full accountability, direct communication from start to finish.

Digital Flagship Websites

A primary home for your brand, designed to be remembered, not just visited.

Commerce Experiences

Stores that feel like boutiques: browsing, buying and aftercare in one smooth line.

Conversion Architecture

Landing pages engineered around a single decision, and honest about it.

Intelligent Systems & Automation

Bots, workflows and integrations that quietly remove repetitive work.

Performance & Visibility

Speed, structure and search presence, tuned after launch, when it actually counts.

Not sure which one fits? Most projects blend two or three of these into a single engagement.

01

Discover & Design

We find the point of view first, then design everything around it.

02

Build & Refine

The site is built in the open, with motion and detail polished in place.

03

Launch & Grow

Launch is the starting line: measure, tune, improve.

Fluctuate Studio

A studio for brands with ambition.

End to end, under one roof. Design, build and launch handled by the studio directly, never a relay race of freelancers.

Small by design. A short client list at any time, so every project gets senior attention, not leftovers.

Letters, Answered

Every question deserves a letter back.

People write to me with questions about their websites. I write back, properly.

  1. From — Unknown

What does it take, money-wise, to put my business online?

Less than most people fear, and never a surprise. Every project is quoted in writing before we start, based on exactly what your business needs: nothing padded, nothing hidden. Half books your slot, half is due when your site goes live.

    — Sami

  2. From — Unknown

How soon could my site actually be live?

Most sites launch within a few weeks, and your date is agreed in writing before we begin, not guessed along the way. Have a deadline? Tell me early and we plan backwards from it.

    — Sami

  3. From — Unknown

I'm not technical. At all. Will I be able to run it myself?

Yes, that is the point. You get a simple dashboard, a personal walkthrough in plain language at handover, and the everyday tasks take minutes. And if you'd rather never touch it, I can look after it for you.

    — Sami

  4. From — Unknown

What do I need to own before we start?

Just two things, both registered in your name: a domain, your address on the internet, and hosting, the space it lives on. I help you choose and set them up, and they stay yours. Always.

    — Sami

  5. From — Unknown

My Facebook page already brings customers. Why a website?

A page rents attention; a website owns it. On Facebook your posts fight an algorithm and the rules can change overnight. Your site is your own shop: open all night, found on Google, and nobody can throttle it or take it away.

    — Sami

  6. From — Unknown

What happens after I message you?

We talk, in plain words, about what your business needs. I send a written quote with everything included. If you're happy, the advance books your slot and building begins, with previews along the way. Not silence.

    — Sami

  7. From — Unknown

Why should I choose you, of everyone who builds websites?

Because you deal with the person who actually builds it. No agency, no middlemen, no hand-offs. I design and build every site myself, phone-first for your customers, with the kind of finish people remember. And you see previews at every stage, so the site grows exactly the way you imagined it.

    — Sami

  8. From — Unknown

Most of my customers only have a phone. Will it work for them?

It is built for them first. Every site I make is designed phone-first: fast on a mid-range Android, light on data, easy on a small screen. Because that's where your customers actually are.

    — Sami

  9. From — Unknown

Can customers actually buy through it?

Yes. A proper shop with online ordering, cash on delivery, courier delivery, and bKash payment options: the way people here already love to buy.

    — Sami

  10. From — Unknown

Will people find me on Google?

Your site is built search-ready from day one: the right structure, speed, and the basics Google looks for. Deeper SEO work is available too, when you're ready to chase rankings.

    — Sami

  11. From — Unknown

Straight question: can I trust you?

Don't take my word for it, look at the structure. Your quote is in writing before any money moves. Your domain and hosting stay registered in your name, so your site is always yours. Half starts the work, and the other half is due only when your site is live and you're happy with it. The work above is live too, go and see it.

    — Sami

  12. From — Unknown

And what if I don't like the design?

Then we fix it before it ever goes live. The design direction is agreed with you first, and you see previews at every stage, not one big reveal at the end. If something feels wrong, you say so and it changes. You never pay the final half for a site you don't love.

    — Sami

  13. From — Unknown

And if something goes wrong after launch?

You message me, the same way you reached me today. I stand behind everything I ship, and optional care plans keep your site updated, backed up and watched over, so it never becomes another abandoned website.
